The itineraries below are suggestions. We
do, however, specialize in tailor made safaris to suit your
time and budget. Feel free to make your suggestions.
City Tour
Day tour of Nairobi - Visit the National Museum, Snake
Park, City Market, Parliament Buildings, and the landmark
Kenyatta International Conference Centre. After the City Tour
visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Karen Blixen
Museum.
Half Day Nairobi National Park
Nairobi National Park is only 5 km from the city and hosts
a variety of game just outside the city periphery. Dont miss
this opportunity to spot a variety of animals such as lion,
giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthog and antelope plus a myriad of
bird species, all in their natural habitat.
One Day Lake Nakuru National Park Itinerary
Lake Nakuru is the flamingos haven. Rhinos and buffalo
are also a must see together with a host of other animals and
birds.
Depart Nairobi early morning for a 3 hour trip with a stop at
the escarpment to view the scenic Rift Valley formation. After
eating a packed lunch in the park leave early afternoon for
the journey back to Nairobi.

One Day Lake Naivasha/ Hells Gate Trekking
A one hour drive includes a stop to view the scenic Rift
Valley. Lake Naivasha, a fresh water lake, is home to a
variety of birds and wildlife. You may take a boat ride to
Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary, visit the retirement home
of Joy Adamson (of Born Free fame) and/or take an optional
trekking/cycling excursion in the nearby Hells Gate National
Park

Three Day Masai Mara Safari
Day 1 - Depart Nairobi for a scenic drive down into the
Rift Valley to Masai Mara, the world renowned game reserve.
Stop at the escarpment for the scenic view of the Great Rift
Valley. Enjoy lunch followed by an afternoon game drive.
Day 2 Full day at the Mara.with an early morning game
drive before breakfast as well as afternoon and/or evening
game drives
Day 3 Check-out and game drive while heading out of
the reserve for the return trip to Nairobi.

Two Day or Three Day Flying Safari to Masai Mara
Day 1 Depart Nairobi for a 45 minute morning flight
to the majestic Mara. Transfer to hotel/lodge for lunch and
later enjoy an evening game drive.
Day 2 Early morning game drive then return to your
hotel/lodge for breakfast. There is time for a short game
drive on the way back to airstrip for a mid-day flight back to
Nairobi. Transfer to your guest house/hotel.

Day 2 Early Morning game drive then return to your
hotel/lodge for breakfast and relaxation. Afternoon game
drive, dinner and overnight at hotel/lodge.
Day 3 Early Morning game drive then return to
hotel/lodge for breakfast. Catch a last glimpse of the
wildlife as you head to the airstrip for a mid day flight back
to Nairobi.

Six Day Safari Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli
National Parks
Day 1 - Depart Nairobi for a scenic drive down into the
Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, the world renowned game reserve.

lunch and an afternoon game drive. Overnight at
hotel/lodge/camp.
Day 2 - Full day in the Mara .with an early morning
game drive before breakfast as well as afternoon and/or

Day 3 - Check out of accommodation and enjoy spotting
game while traveling to Lake Nakuru National Park, home of the
flamingoes. Evening game drive in Nakuru.
Day 4 Early morning game drive and breakfast before
the journey to Amboseli. Arrive in time for evening game
drive."
Day 5 Early morning game drive. Day at leisure after
breakfast. Lunch and afternoon or evening game drive.
Day 6 Breakfast and game drive before returning to
Nairobi.

Eleven Day Safari Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Aberdares,
Samburu and Mombasa
Day 1 Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport. Our
representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you
to Sandavy Guest House for overnight stay.
Day 2 Safari begins early morning. Drive up and down
the escarpment with a stop to see the forming of the floor of
the Rift Valley. Arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch.
Evening game drive in this magnificent park and watch the
golden sunset in the peace of the undisturbed animal kingdom.
Day 3 - Full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon
game drives. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight
at the lodge/hotel/camp.
Day 4 Game drive as you head out of Masai Mara
destined for Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its pink
flamingoes, pelicans and rhinos. Evening game drive and
overnight at lodge/hotel.
Day 5 After breakfast, safari heads for the Aberdares,
deep into the heart of the Central Kenya forest. Lunch and
overnight at lodge.
Day 6 Depart for Samburu Game Reserve. Observe the
undulating and contrasting landscapes, vegetation and climate.
Arrive in time for lunch and an evening game drive to spot the
rare zebra species and giraffes.
Day 7 Full day at Samburu Game Reserve with morning
and afternoon game drives. Enjoy the rest of the day at
leisure.
Day 8 Game drive headed out of reserve for return to
Nairobi. Sight seeing in Nairobi may be arranged on request.
Transfer to Sandavy Guest House for overnight stay.
Day 9 Mid morning flight to Mombasa. Time to unwind
at the Kenyan coast with its clean, white beaches. Transfer to
beach hotel and partake of the various activities organized by
the hotel.
Day 10 Full day and overnight at the beach hotel.
Day 11 Return flight to Nairobi.

Twelve Day Kenya - Tanzania Safari In Kenya: Masai Mara,
Nakuru, Mt. Kenya, Samburu. Amboseli. In Tanzania: Lake
Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater
Day 1 - You will be picked up at the Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport by our representative/driver/guide and
transferred to guest house/hotel for overnight or the start of
safari to the Masai Mara.
Day 2 Explore the Masai Mara. After an early
breakfast, set off for your game drive. You may stop and walk
at special sites such as the Mara river where you can see
hippo and crocodiles. Return to the lodge/hotel/camp. Later in
the afternoon, leave for another game drive exploring another
part of the reserve with your experienced tour guide/driver.
Evening entertainment sometimes includes traditional dances
and culture talks. Overnight at the Hotel/Lodge/Camp.
Option packed lunch and explore the Mara for the whole
day at no extra cost.
Day 3 - Depart after breakfast for the scenic Lake
Nakuru National Park, a bird and rhino sanctuary, and home to
a variety of wildlife. This lake is famous for its pink
flamingoes and is a World Heritage Site. Arrive in time for
lunch. A late afternoon game drive will allow you to see the
many wild animals in the park. You will also be taken to a
cliff view point overlooking the lake.
Day 4 - Full day at Lake Nakuru National Park. An early
morning game drive is the best time to see the animals, some
of them hunting for prey. After a leisurely breakfast, rest of
the morning is at leisure. Lunch and another afternoon game
drive follows which allows exploration of a different part of
the park towards the Makalia Falls. Dinner and overnight in
Nakuru.
Day 5 After breakfast head via the Aberdares to the
Mount Kenya region. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. The
afternoon can be spent viewing game from the comfort of the
hotel verandah overlooking the waterhole or by going for an
optional forest walk for sighting of game and bird life. Night
game viewing here is a joy. If you are lucky you may see an
elephant coming to feed near the lodge only meters from you.
Dinner and overnight at Lodge.
Day 6 - After breakfast, depart for the semi-arid
Samburu National Park. Arrive at the lodge by lunchtime. The
afternoon game drive will allow you to see the variety of
wildlife. This area is home to the nomadic Samburu tribe and
the reserve has some unique species of animals not found
elsewhere in East Africa such as the Grevy's Zebra. You will
also visit a traditional samburu house that has not been
organized as a prearranged tourist visit. Return to the lodge
for dinner. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 7 After breakfast, you will leave for a scenic
drive to Nairobi with a game drive enroute. Arrive Nairobi by
lunchtime. The afternoon can be spent shopping or an optional
visit to Karen Blixen Museum ("Out of Africa fame") can also
be arranged. Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 8 - After an early breakfast, depart for Tanzania
via Namanga border through Arusha to the Lake Manyara National
Park. Arrive at the lodge in the afternoon. Lunch and an
afternoon game drive follows in this very scenic park with
fabulous views over the valley to the lake below. Dinner and
overnight at Lodge or Camp in Mto wa Mbu village.
Day 9 - After breakfast, depart for Serengeti Game
Reserve. Arrive at the lodge/Camp in the afternoon. Lunch and
an afternoon game drive follows. This park is essentially
similar to Masai Mara, as they both form one eco system.
Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.
Day 10 - After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater,
home to hundreds of thousands of plains animals. Arrive at the
lodge by lunchtime. An afternoon game drive in the
spectacularly formed crater in a 4 wheel drive vehicle follows
after lunch. Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro.
Day 11 - After an early breakfast, depart for Amboseli
National Park on the Kenyan side of the Kenya Tanzania
border, set at the foot of magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro.
Arrive in time for lunch. See the amazing wildlife, especially
the elephants during the afternoon gamedrive. Dinner and
overnight In Amboseli.
Day 12 - After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Stop
along the way at scenic spots or places of interest. Arrive
Nairobi by lunchtime. End of Safari Kwaheri na Karibu Tena.
